We keep this short and honest. quantumgeo.ai ("we", "us") provides AI visibility audits. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or request a free AI Citation Audit, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a free audit, you submit three things: your email address, the website URL you want audited, and your business name. That's the entire form.

Information collected automatically. To run the audit and keep the service free of abuse, our servers also process:

• ›Your IP address — used to verify you are not a bot and to enforce a daily audit limit. We store it only as a salted one-way hash, never in raw form.
• ›Your browser's user-agent string.
• ›The audit score and grade we generate for the URL you submitted.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell your data, or collect special categories of personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

How we use it

• ›To run the audit you requested and generate your results.
• ›To email you the link to your results.
• ›To prevent abuse (bot detection and rate limiting).
• ›To contact you about your audit or the AI visibility services we offer.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers ("processors") to operate the service. They only process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain audit submissions (email, URL, business name, hashed IP, user-agent, and the resulting score) for as long as needed to provide the service and to follow up about it. You can ask us to delete your record at any time — see below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can also simply not submit the audit form — the rest of the site is readable without giving us any personal information.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (our bot check) may set a strictly-necessary token in your browser solely to confirm you are human when you submit the form.

Security

We protect data in transit with HTTPS, hash IP addresses before storage, and limit access to submissions to what's needed to run the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
